    Heya Mogulers, this build will show you how to whip together an easy to use, portable, in-line dimmer for any tungsten or incandescent lights you use in your filmmaking.

    So let's get started!

    first off, you're going to need the following items:

    A one foot or so length of 18 ga. lamp wire, a single-pole 600 Watt rotary dimmer, a "quick-on" male plug, a "quick-on" female receptacle, a roll of electrical tape, and something that will snip wire (in all honesty, a pair of scissors or a knife can accomplish...

    Hello everyone and welcome to the Build Plans for Episode 46: DIY DOLLY.

    Shopping List:

    1. 6" fixed pneunatic casters x2.
    (If you can't find something like this at your local hardware store you can get them online.)

    2. 6" swivel pneunatic caster.
    (If you can't find something like this at your local hardware store you can get them online.)

    3. A piece of 3/4" scrap plywood at least 28" x 38".

    4. A piece of 2" x 4" x 8' lumber or a minimum of about 6'.
