5 Minute Movie House XXIII
A few weeks ago we had our first, second-time winner for 5 Minute Movie House Ever, this week is our second returning winner ever, Doggysmile Pictures, who you might remember as the winners from all the way back in 5MMH IV, are back with another story of a loser tampering with forces that he shouldn't be, and I must say that they upped the ante for this one. Very funny, great special effects, congratulations on your second win! Can't wait to see what you give us next!

That was weird. Comical, but the end fight was way too staged and slow. Was that a poster for Uwe Boll's Seed in the background?
First of all THANKS A LOT, Wes, for selecting our film. That's supercool.
As for the end fight, I agree that it's not exactly realistic, but I think it fits the comical, over-the-top mood of the film quite well. Nevertheless I hope we'll be able to realize a faster and more action packed fight scene some day, too, but that would require a lot more training and experience. We still got a long way to go, but we also learn a lot with every new shortfilm we shoot.
And yes, that's a poster for "Seed" in the background and there's also one of "Postal - The Movie". I'm actually a huge fan of Uwe Boll. He's great and (most of) his films are good fun. ;)

That wasn't a satanic pentagram. You should have shot it so two points faced up and one point faced down. Thats what a pentagram looks like.
