POSTED BY Wesley Scoggins, 15 June 2008

This week's winner was Cody Ryder Kennedy's short Zombie film "Hot Spaghetti", I thought the special effects were good and it was quite scary. So check it out.

We're always looking for new submissions, please keep submitting on the 5 Minute Movie House Thread and maybe next week you'll be here on the blog.

Good work. The only thing I would probably change about this movie is the music.

Hey thanks guys! we did the knife effect by taping a knife handle on the actors closed eye and just using quick cuts a a knarley sound effect. Zombie rules? i didnt know their were rules in making independent films. Th emusic was composed for the short film by my talented musician friend. and yup that was our first zombie movie.

Nice little flick. Pretty good SFX and the music was kick ass. What was that? Anyone know?

Uh oh, you broke zombie rules. Zombie elite won't be happy.

Aside from that not too bad, especially the spaghetti bit.
