Wesley's Weekly HOW TO: Frozen Make-Up
Perk up all of you amatuer Cryogenicists, because this week i'm going to show you how to freeze friends and family without having to obtain pesky licenses, or put yourself into the poor house with the immense amounts of liquid nitrogen required to continuing playing god. This week is Frozen Make-up.

Start by cleaning your face, this is important before adding Make-up.

I started the application by doing a thin layer of white make-up, to make my face look drained of blood.

I then built up more white, adding in a little bit of black to make it slightly gray. I then started making the tips of my fingers, nose, and ears slightly darker, to simulate on-coming frostbite. The farther away the appendage is, the faster the frostbite starts in, keep that in mind when applying make-up, and think about how long your character has been exposed to the elements.

Then I rubbed some shaving cream into my hair, and eyebrows, and it gave it a nice "collecting ice" look.

Next was I rubbed some purples and blues into my lips, and added more shaving cream on my eyelashes (be careful, don't get it into your eyes, just the tips of your eye lashes like hanging ice crystals.)
Make sure to rub additional paint on your neck and arms if you're going to be exposed, but you can cover those areas with a heavy coat and a scarf, so you don't have to use as much make-up, whatever your story requires.
But there you go, combine this with the Snow Machine, and you have a cheap, and effective way to make it look like you're freezing in a blizzard anytime you feel the desire to do so.
