Synopsis: By doing the unthinkable, two teenage friends discover that one act can change everything. Their friendship is put to the ultimate test, and their futures hang in the balance.
Here's a great review of the short from IMDB:
"I'll admit that I am a friend of the family, but I am very opinionated about film/cinema. This film reveals a maturing talent in the director/writer, Daniel Rigdon. In a short amount of time, he gives viewers a simple, concise and gripping story about some teens/young adults who make a rash decision that will produce weighty consequences. Rigdon communicates well visually and, with sparse dialogue, handles delicately the themes of guilt and vengeance.
"The performances are from amateurs but are solid. It was shot on HD and looks pretty crisp. The music is original and was scored by one of the cast members. Rigdon adequately edits his own work and makes some interesting decisions there.
"'Prick' was officially selected for the Chicago International Reel Shorts Film Festival and was shown there in September of 2006. It has also recently been selected to show at the Fylmz Festival 2007 in February in Nashville. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates short dramatic films."

Wow. I can see why this is featured on here, it's great!
Good film. Smart, not over the top.
Whoa! Rigdon...Whoa! Awesome as usual. You have a real gift for story telling. I still remember that one you did with the black and white Roto-scope (ish) effect. This is exactly what Indy Mogul needs!
man. that was a great film.
OK, now were talking. Im impressed. What's next?
Wow... I loved all the shots, and the music was perfect. I must ask... how did they get away with hitting the guy over the head. Now, I know it was "acting", but I watched that part about 6 times... and it looked like he hit him.... Did they wrap the guys head up? What did they do?
Lets just say, I loved it. Good work!
not bad! did they kill the other guy because he was a prick? also, great vomit effect and how did you wack that guy with a shovel without killing him?
