I wonder, since we only see him from the neck up, there is no incentive for him to be in a full business suit.  Heck, is he even wearing any pants?
As for the Captain America thing, we can only see.  I never would have thought Toby Macguire would've pulled off Spiderman for the first movie, but he did very well for both sides of Peter Parker's personality.  I'm still concerned for the Cowboy Bebop movie however....

i love the office and john krasinski's character but honestly i dont think he can pull it off! hes funny not buff and superheroey!

give him a chance he might pull it off, let him buff up

I don't know, I think it will be interesting to see if he can pull it off. Using the same old actors gets kind of played... Like every time I see Christan Bale I think American Psycho in that scene where he has the chain saw... sick.
