Movie Buzz 190: Whiplash, Soloman Kane, Pee Wee & More!

I don't like the presenter, there is something fundamentally wrong with him; im never going to watch this again.

Died a little inside? Not enough it would seem.

Ok, constructive criticism: this show didn’t really offer me any worthwhile information, or unique insight.. or entertainment. But more then all that, the room echo was driving me crazy! Get this kid a lapel mic and some clamp lights.  Also, droppin’ F-bombs doesn’t add anything.
   
I had high hopes for this show with the cool promo photos, but I think it needs some work.

Not complete torture, but for the 190's episode, I'd expect some progress in quality.  For example... Why not make a simple set?  Paint a wall and include a chroma green/blue square to impose the images/vid clips, etc. rather than using a PIP.  This would look better because your hands wouldn't keep disappearing.  Also, do some audio work!  it's pretty bad.  I can hear you, which is great... but the echo is hell.  And finally... the editing is UBER choppy, and annoying.   Aside from that, I love the cynical aspect of it.

If you don't want to chroma key, try zooming out so you don't fill the frame, allowing you to PIP without affecting you.

I don't like to speak bad about people who are trying, but BYT & Movie Buzz are both pretty awful. At least BYT had better audio and editing; I just couldn't stand the host's stand ups. This Movie Buzz guy is awful all the way around. Sorry, hope you pick up something better for movie news.

I can tolerate this but...frankly, BTT is much better...

Indy Mogul, you have picked up a gem right here! Hope Movie Buzz takes off! I hope that this doesn't take the place of BTT however, because I love BTT, and Grace.

Movie buzz existed way before byt, indymogul just picked this up.

Alright so......... this sucks....... I'm good with just BYT for my movie reviews... I don't think I'll be watching again, unless it gets MUCH better.
