Darn it can we stop saying that Machete started as a fake trailer? Rodriguez has had the idea since Deperado in 1995 when he first worked with Trejo. The fake trailer in Grindhouse was just a way to get the idea out there.

Saw the movie....piece of crap, don't know why so many good actors lent themselves to this farce & odious piece of crap. Love actrion movies but this one sucks....Roque
