'Robin Hood' Movie Review

9 out of 10 - This actually had a story to it - well thought out and plausible. Clothes, music, dancing and other props were much to the period...

it's hard to outlive his old Gladiator legend. Nevertheless, Scott and Crowe did a decent job with this one, and the soundtracks are lovely. One more thing: he surely appear to be the best Robin Hood-look-like actor ever.

I saw Robin Hood a few days ago and it left me confused. They more than messed with the original story this is like a parralell universe far removed.
In this one, despite the moving supposedly being about robins early years before he was a bandit, a 50yr old robin hood becomes a terrorist by engaging in identity theft. Then as a revered Knight decides not choose a hot young lady, but an old maid for his girl. After he learns that his dad invented democracy he unites all of England and kill loads of dirty Frenchmen.
Yes this truly is how the story goes in this movie!
Continuity and historical accuracy run wild like the river Thames as ladies in dresses choose not to ride side saddle, royal guards before the war have dented sheilds and dirty armour, and the French found a timewarp and were able to use the landing boats from saving private ryan to land on the beach.
In fact, the only accurate part of this film was Rusty Crow getting in a punch up with anyone he could get his hands on. He must have loved making this.

i am curtaily going to see this movie just becuase its has cate and russel in it but it will never top Robin Hood: Men in tights
