'Brooklyn's Finest' Movie Review

I loved this movie, it was very realistic. Very sad to see all these crimes and how some people are stuck in certain situations. The acting was well done. I love Don Cheadle, i think he is a great actor. Richard Gere played very well also. Ethan Hawke played very well, you felt his stress & his despair in the whole movie. I would of liked to see Westley Snipes a bit more. Very good director!

You guys are crazy underrating this movie.  I grew up in rough parts of town (not projects and ghettos), and I was able to get the feel of the movie as realistic.  Also, you did a lot of commenting on the screenwriter but not about the director.  Did you know that Antoine actually received permission from gangbangers in NY to shoot the film where all the murder/drama/drugs happen in an attempt to get kids to pursue a different type of lifestyle?  This has been--by far--one of the best movies I have seen this year, and I see a lot.  Gritty crime-drama story with 3 separate stories involved.  All actors performed well and were believable--even Gere (although not at first).  I do rate this movie a 9/10, and "I" judge very critically.  

Oh, not to be racist or relay in sort of prejudice, but I suggest to have interviews/reviews from people that actually "understand" the streets and what possibilities/realities occur there instead of what looked like middle-class white people commenting who would not understand that type of lifestyle if their lives depended on it.  The host could use some enlightenment, as well.

hahaha man u guys are tough on those actors! ha but i didn't see the movie.
