'Paranormal Activity' Movie Review

The poster said " Guaranteed to give you nightmares ". BS, could hardly stay awake at the 11 am show. Maybe children could be scared by it.

Well, I am finding myself unable to finish this film at the moment... And it's not because it's scary. It's because I can't sit through the hours (feels like years) of "Hey, get that camera of me, I'm in the bathroom, giggle giggle" BS. If you're a child, or just plain stupid, You may enjoy this. For me, I'm going to find a make-out date to help burn the ridiculously boring parts... which seems to be all of it, save for 4 seconds in a night scene.

It was good, but with the little disappointment; in the end knowing it was scripted, and not that real.

I rate Paranormal Activity 2/10. However, if you enjoy the following then you are sure to be a die hard fan. -Youtube quality filming -Feeling nauseous -Predictable plots -Cheesy and cheap effects Sitting through the amateur style filming in Paranormal Activity left this 21 yr/o dizzy and in need of an aspirin. The camera shakes, zooms, spins, and teeters through boring and predictable day scenes. You will find yourself praying for the night scenes not just because they provide the only action but for a break from all the horrible camera handling too. You are literally waiting for the film to get spookier and when it does its already wrapping up.

This movie will still have you shaking in anticipation 30 minutes after it's over!
