'I Can Do Bad All By Myself' Movie Review

The high ratings the moviegoers give these movies could mean there's something good there. I'm willing to make a trade. I'll go see Tyler Perry movies if these people will see Miley Cyrus Movies (and concerts would be nice.) Even though Miley always presents a multicultural team, I see only a handful of non-caucasians at her projects.

Tyler Perry addressed issues that all ethnicities can relate to, unfortunately, Hollywood shunded he so he did it on his own! I wonder who's laughing now?

I am in South Carolina too, MY girlfriend and I went to see it and we were the only two white people there. We love his movies.

ha!! my wife and daughter have seen all of perrys movies..bought them watch them over and over.. In south carolina at least the upstate he draws mixed crowds..a great actor is a great actor regardless of race or gender!! we are a white family too, so it was a surprise to read and hear that Tyler was not mainstream.

Only tribalism could explain why anyone would want to see a movie about a guy in a dress.

Well.. to be honest... i think its all about the race-based biased opinion. If people see a movie with mostly African-American actors, then its going to attract a large African-American crowd, same with all the other races. I guess the other races just feel left out when they go to see a movie like this and may think that they wont get the jokes in the movies or the themes, etc... Again, because of the racial issues. Sadly...
