'Year One' Movie Review

Are yoou kidding me this movie was rated PG ??? the whole movie was about SEX , anyone under 14 should NOT see this movie .

The difference is that Jack Black wasn't in one of the best comedy films ever (Super bad) unlike Harold Ramis (and my favorite Christopher Mintz-Plasse which is the funniest person ever.) Jack Black has some good parodies and songs, but he wasn't in super bad and thats the difference.

Indy filmmaker Mark Pirro has a new biblical movie coming out that looks funnier, based on the trailer. The movie is called "The God Complex." You can see the trailer on Youtube. Now THAT'S comedy.

2/10 This film was so terrible, simon cowell doesn't even need to hear about the movie or trailer to turn it down.

Very funny two of my favorite actors put in the same movie AMAZING!!! I'll give a 9.

Difference between Black and Rogen: Black = funny, Rogen = not so much.

i felt like i was watching Mel Brooks "History of the World" agin

Jack Black and Michael Cera literally play themselves; it's very uninspiring. This is a lousy film that is unfunny, the costumes and production values are dirt poor, and the screenplay is terrible. I give it a 2/10 just because it was directed by once-great director Harold Ramis and because it was mostly in focus.

I would give "Year One" a 6 out of 10 because it was like watching "Monty Python's the Life of Brian" over again, without the humor.

Me Caveman say watch Year One or me hit you with rock, movie good watch now. That is for the one sentence review challenge.

I realize that you hipster, technocrat Yankees aren't capable of recognizing life beyond the Hudson river (I used to live in that concrete snake-pit you call the Big Apple), but it does indeed exist. FYI: you misspelled the name of my fair city. It's Tucson, NOT "Tuscon." I guess Google doesn't work the same way in New York, huh?

Jack Black and Michael Cera need to do some more work together. They work so well together on screen.
