Yes, Monique has to win. From a career of BAD BAD "comedies" this is a really big step for her. Every time she was on screen I was terrified for Precious and the baby. She is one of the most abusive roles I have seen for a portrayal of a parent. I swear to god if the academy pulls another one of those last minute switcharoos I am done with the oscars. Everyone on this list did an amazing job yet I think to put those actresses of Inglourious Basterds in we would have to get rid of Gyllenhal (which I loved in crazy heart) and Cruz.
