I think avatar is the best

Avatar- Mehhh, maybe. I think the Academy's eating it up right now and they might succumb to James Cameron's flare if their pushed to do so. They're cautious though.

The Blind Side- I can pretty much guarentee it's not going to win, but maybe that's just Bullock.

Distric- NO NO NO. If this wins, I'm calling some definite WTF on the Academy's part. This movie was horrid and made me want to purge it from my mind. It just keeps coming up.... It just keeps coming up...

An Educaton- Never heard of it, haven't seen it. Probably not.

The Hurt Locker- Has a good shot because of how well received and actually good it was. It's actually got my vote for it I can say, though there are films that appeal to more.

I feel Basterds should win, but if hurt locker wins I'm alright with that. Now 10 isn't to much, because it was like that in the 30s, yet it is pointless.Because in the other awards it is all was Avatar, Precious, Hurt locker, Up in the air, and Inglourious basterds. Tarantino direction is Outstanding rather than Cameron who only made a cool experience, but a pointless story. With Avatar people just paid more attention rather than the story and acting, which is mediocre. While I liked it, it is OVERRATED. So in conclusion Basterds should win, but WHERE WAS THE ROAD?! That was the best picture, which was beautiful.

I am leading towards avatar because even though not being put in the best actor or actress catagory, but it story line worked for many classes of viewers. It spreaded to the scifi, environmental, pro and anti war, without leaning to one more then the other. It might be just my opinion but it felt like titanic just ran on forever, but avatar was opisite it was three hours long and it felt like it went by to quickly, maybe dare i say it could have been to short. So in my opinion it would have to avatar hands down not because of all the money it pulled in , but because its story line and how it made you feel like you were in the story and could rlate to it.
