'The Proposal' Movie Review

OMG!!!!!! I just seen this last nite at my college and movies have clearly outdone themselves with this one. I laughed(along with every guy in the audience) through the whole movie. This musn't the mushy kind but absolutely astounding! Sandra...U GO GIRL!!!!!

Nice job Grace, but these people... Honestly, I don't know what they're doing when they watch movies because they're clearly not WATCHING the movie. Plus, that old guy should find a hobby he enjoys, instead of going to movies he doesn't want to watch.

I agree with what you said in the review that Sandra Bullock needs to pick different scripts. 15 years ago it was cute and she was able to play the quirky love interest/ main character, but now I think she will have to evolve into the older roles if she hopes to remain a box office draw. Probably the biggest let downs of the film was the incredibly predictable ending, underdevelopment of character relations (such as the husband and son relationship, or the mother and husband) and lack of utilization of a great supporting cast. Betty White is hilarious, but a lot of her dialouge seemed contrived, and her funniest moment is stolen by Bullock. I think the people you interviewed are right on the money. It wasn't excellent, but the seven bucks you pay to see the movie aren't wasted either.

With Sandra being so funny and nice, I think she could actual handle something evil or vengeful with ease. One of those 'far to innocent to bad' charactors.

You forgot Blade Trinity. He was awesome in that movie, and it was very much like his current Deadpool character.
