Papercaft for the "Iron Man Repulsor Arm"!
I'm going to write about the techniques used. Remember, this is all assuming you know the basics of papercraft. If not, all you need to do is Google "Papercraft Tutorials" and you should be set to get started.
The first thing you need to know for this portion of the Iron Man Repulsor Arm build is that I pretty much freehanded all the designs, and came up with them on my own. I probably could have looked online to find something that I could use, but I wanted this build to be my own, so I used my artistic skills and made the pieces as I saw fit.
Everything here on this blog post is not to scale or even 100% accurate. It is just a reference for you to see what my designs were like so you can create the same thing yourself. At the end of the post, I've uploaded a video that has all my papercraft in it's entirety for you to watch if you'd like. Also note that I used posterboard for this build. It's just strong enough on it's own with spray paint for a build like this without the need of a sealer or reinforcement of any kind, but feel free to use a sealer if you see fit. Also, please make sure you have the "matte" side of the posterboard facing down. The top "gloss" part of the poster board is what makes the armor shine.
The first thing I made was the fingers. This was probably the most tedious part of the entire build, since you have to make the same pieces many times. Here is the basic design I made for the fingers. Keep in mind that your pinky is smaller then the rest, and your middle finger is longer, so scale to your size. Also, all of the thin lines on the insides of the designs is where I lightly scored the paper with a razor so that they folded easily and strait. Reference the video for examples of me scoring the paper.

The next step is the top of the hand. This, again, is sized to where your knuckles are, so keep this in mind when drawing it.

I did the palm next. I used the reflective piece of my tap light as a stencil for how big the circle would be in the middle of the hand.

Ok, next up is what I call the "Hand Guard". This is an actual papercraft like piece with all the folds and everything. You need to make two of them so you can use one for the hand and another as an elbow guard.

And the final piece is the whole "wrist bracer" itself. Like I said before, these pictures are not to scale. They are more for you to use as a guideline and reference for your own designs.

And there you have it, all my basic designs for my Iron Man Repulsor Arm! Here is the video of all of my papercraft work during the episode. It should answer any additional questions you might have about the build.
