If you could show how to do a DIY Stunt Wire effect. It could be used for many movies in all different kinds of genres: Kung-Fu, Sci Fi, Fantasy. I could think of a few ways to make one but they all seem generally unsafe. I thought with you guys being professional DIY's you could help me. Thanks.

Hey, this show would be a lot better if the materials weren't so coincidental to find. For example, a film can. Most small time film makers use digital camcorders. Where would I find an old film can for free?

I love how this one is kind of serious compared to the other test films.

The second gangster, I'm pretty sure his names Steve. The guy with the tommy gun, I really, really like him and his acting. He's awesome.

Good stuff. Just randomly found your site and like it so far. As a somewhat noob to special effects how did you get the muzzle effect on the tommy gun to look so good? The last shots he shot at the end looked great.

I love how it was all one long continuous shot. If me and my friends did this, the filming would take all day.

that was VERY entertaining. It was a great blend of some of my favorite movie elements. The set up was like the opening to Pulp Fiction. The dialogue was fitting for the setting. And the method of filming reminded me of a scene from Hard Boiled, or even Rope. Very well done on the technical side too. Great cinematography and acting. Hope too see more like this. :)

That has got to be the best test film you've ever made. It reminds me of Tarentino. This has got to be the first time you did a 100% serious dramatic short.

I like this one because it wasn't too long before the payoff and it made sense. I compare it to the caveman test film which was a stretch--long wait to throw a rock. This one has a great deal going for it in the design and execution. Pun.

That was THEE best test film you guys have ever made. that long shot was so fucking smooth and badass. it's stuff like this kids need to see. you guys are on the right track with making serious types of films with more complicated shots as opposed to the 'funny' ones. All about it.
