You'd have to regulate the pressure down to under 100psi before an electronic valve would work. I believe that most CO2 tanks are filled at around 1800 PSI

Yes - it's called "unmixed concrete" and you get it where ever concrete mix is sold.  Alternately, use ashes from the fireplace (cool and sifted) or just mix a black powder (like powdered charcoal or tempra paint powder) with white powder (like chalk, or talc, or plain old flour) to get the color you need.

You can get small buckets of sidewalk chalk at most discount/department stores. Shave this down then grind up an chunks and you have several different colors to chose from.

i'd say you could put in some liquid blood too
although it might be too heavy, who knows

Seriously? Zack is JUST as capable as Erik when it comes to builds, and there have also been loads of awesome/hilarious test films. They couldn't have found someone with more initiative for Erik's replacement - so shush.

I agree with Oli G, Zack is great!  Erik is the man but Zack is right there beside him.  If you think they messed up with the new host, then you should have applied.  If you did apply, then you were clearly not as good as Zack.

Just my two cents here but with Erik we got some pretty lame builds like the robot build with the football toy chest body tyhat still looked like a painted football and the limb tear  that did not ever work right for them.

With Zack we get flying droids, the robot hand build that has all kinds of possibilities and the tazzer. I like what Erik started but the last 2 months he was the host the show suffered badly. Zack is the new blood the show needed to survive. Erik saw this and moved on to other projects. Let Zack run with this.

I say daleburden that was am inspirational speech and very true. There was even an episode where Erik said something about the show needing to be revived.

Agreed! I think they might have just loaded a crapload of blood and goo in their shooters and turned up the pressure. Also, they could have mixed some slime with the blood to give it the stringier consistency.

Maybe they didn't know last week that they would have been busy and behind schedule this week. In the real world things come up and can change your schedule, BFX's problem is that they don't get paid Millions of dollars so that they can fix those setbacks right away... Cut them some slack, they still came out with an episode.

So... you think by the time it was supposed to be posted last night they didnt know it was going to make it up on schedule? That's interesting. All you gotta do is put up a picture that says when you expect it or not on tonight look for it soon. I cut slack last week, this is twice now.

It was a holiday monday. Labor day. The day people a day off of work. Of course there is no episode on a holiday, I expected as much.

This is for all you complainers: If you can put out a weekly "how to" episode, why don't you? Since you seem to think it's so easy. And try to hold down another source of income so that you can afford rent and car payments and insurance, oh and food... But my guess is most of you that complain on here are still in high school or even younger and don't know what it's like to live on your own, without mommy and daddy to pay for everything you need. With all your free time, maybe you SHOULD make a show like BFX (not that it would be equal in quality).  And if you are complaining and you happen to be a part of the adult world, then I don't know what you're complaining about, you should know what it's like to try and survive in this world.

Oh and "stillafan?" you said in your original post that they should have said something last week.. not yesterday.  And putting up a "sign" on here would do what? tell us that there wasn't going to be a show until today? Pretty sure I figured that bit of information when I tried to watch it yesterday and it wasn't done yet... Apparently you need someone to hold your hand and explain that the show wasn't going to air on time? Did you wait up until 11:59 last night to understand that it wouldn't be done? Come on, cut them some slack. And I highly doubt that you'll stop watching just because it came out a day late two weeks in a row. But if you're afternoons are so full that you can only watch on Mondays instead of Tuesday, then I apologize.

I think you are missing the point, the issue isnt the fact that it was a holiday or late it was the simple courtesy to the loyal fans for not putting something up saying "Hey it's Labor Day here for us US folks, we will be back tomorrow whith another great episode of BFX, hope you had a great holiday and we will see you then!"  How long did it take me to type that? The complaint seems to be common courtesy to the viewers. by the way what American holiday was last Monday?

No I got the point, the point being that YOU don't know what they had to deal with yesterday, and neither do I, nor anyone else on here. Perhaps one of the crew had an accident and so no one had the time to put up a little hand holding note for the insecure viewers who might think that BFX wasn't going to come back, or maybe they were just out celebrating a day off. We don't know... So instead of saying that they suck and aren't courteous, just shut up and enjoy the episode, and hopefully next week they wont have anything to keep them from coming out with a show monday.

Im really resisting the urge to bash on you Fisher, DO YOU have nothing better to do then come on here and get on your soap box? people have the right to post their views the same as you. Yes it is obvious when you check a few times on a monday night to see if it is up, but i do agree that a message isnt too much to ask. IMHO you have come on here and made a bad name for youreslf today, I wont be watching anything you make if it is ever available.

I'm sticking up for Zack because some people don't understand that what he does isn't easy. And if you want to bash me KellieCross, feel free. Fisher Films, Garret, don't waste your breath trying to argue with trolls.  That's what they want.  They are all using insertnamehere(guest) so chances are you are arguing with the same person posting under a different name.  How can people bitch when you don't pay to watch BFX? If you were paying a subscription then by all means complain.

I don't get paying jobs as Fisher Films, that's just for fun, I use my actual name on real jobs. I get paid by the day not the hour, which is how it works in the industry... I'm not insecure, you asked if I had something better to do so I answered you. That and I'm guessing they fit the whole, living with mommy and daddy and not having actual responsibilities besides making their beds and going to school, role... Which there's nothing wrong with, it's just stupid to complain about BFX when you don't have any real world experience yet.

Hey, if anyone on here thinks I'm a dick it's okay, everyone's entitled to their own opinions. I'll be leaving these posts, so you don't have to worry about mean ol' me anymore. But when the majority of the kids on here grow up, I hope they realize that my ORIGINAL point is a good one.
