Making chainmaille would be all to easy.  Just using either plastic or metal wire for rings and doing a 4 in 1 pattern.  In fact some people already have chainmaille tutorials.

Hey man you are really good and I think you were the perfect pick for the new bfx guy, keep up the good work

yall should make a assassins creed hidden blade it would be cool

The batman cowl alome would take more time then you wish to know.  The Iron man pepakura helmet is to simple (not making it but for bfx).  And for the prince of persia dagger.  Use sintra for the blade and wood for the handle.  And to Zack.  It would be great if you made a springloaded altair blade that ISN'T like the gun weisel.

I have a request for a build; this might go beyond budgets here, but I'm shooting a movie where a dog gets shot (sad I know) and I really don't want to shoot my dog, could you show us an effective way to make a realistic looking "fake dog?" Doesn't have to be robotic I can do that myself, but the realism for cheap would be beneficial. Thanks!

Great job buddy =] But I hope that you would take a slightly different approach and make build episodes of more useful and general stuff.
Like stuff to use onm a set for the camera or sound or lightning, and not a whole episode for one prop that not many people could actually use.
I thought the concept of the build was very simple and cool. And I really enjoy Puppet Zack and the difficulty-meter =]

That foil idea is really cool cant wait to try it. one thing that i would like to know how to do is a bow and arrow shot to the head or throwing someone across lets say 10 yards.  Good job. bfx is awesome

i like the new bfx theme, It's like the old, 2nd season, but different.  Nice job Zack, though I was dissapointed Gary didn't stay, though puppet Zack's cool too.
Also, you can combine this with a modified version of the ark reactor Erik made on Epix to make the perfect Iron man Costume.

The puppet bit seemed a little forced but the PIP-you explaining why you're doing certain things was great, something I felt was missing from previous BFX episodes.  Plus, your first build was pretty cool.  Off to a good start :).

Looks good, nice n' cheap, but it seems pretty fragile for production and the re-wired light seems like too much trouble, just to make the palm look wrong.  The tap light was already red - just live with it!

btw It's great how you put the test films back in one episode, sooo much better. Bringing back classic indymogul! Great job!

Talking about request... I really like japanese swords and there are two cool things I think you should try.
1st -Built a futuristic katana (like the one used at the end of "Versus 2")
2nd - Build a realistic katana  from a cheap toy (or build the whole thing)

CONGRATS ZACK !! Well done BFX Episode !! I knew you were the RIGHT choice for the new Indy Mogul Host from the beginning. You have good camera presence, you make good use of graphics in your show and the builds are well done, informative. The test films are so far very well made! Overall the show has gotten a well needed REBOOT that still echos Eric's old shows!  Only advice I can give you is to do shows that really answer the needs of the Indy Mogul Community and yea make a more radical, cool looking wheel for the mini me Zack to use !!

good stuff. it's got a different feel to it, but not so much that it doesn't seem like the same show. my only complaint is that I got a bit dizzy with the Depth of field choice in the test film. could ya calm down with that a little bit?
