Also!, Build a Rocket(paper mache or anything really with a pvc or copper tube in the middle) That has a hole right through the middle. run two lengths of fishing wire Through the middle, now the wires coming out of the front of the rocket are either tied to a object that won't move or held firmly by a person, now the two ends of wire coming out of the tail of the rocket are held by two people, One in each persons hand , now pull the rocket to your actor holding the launcher , make sure the guy's holding the wires are to the left and right out of frame, now when ready for the rocket to fly have the two guys off camera holding the wires to run in opposite directions so now with the wires going the rocket will move foreword. Now you can mod the rocket and place a smoke bomb in it to give the effect of a smoke trail and also you can control the speed of the rocket by simply running or walking faster or slower. Hope it help's.

You guys should definitely do a weapons build like every three weeks or so. A Thompson Center Arms Contender would be cool, it's incredibly hard to find a replica of one of those.

It's interesting reading the comments for videos. People asking for requests, like the Accelerator Suit from GI JOE. If you think about it you can use the techniques from other builds to make the suit and other things that are asked for. An example take the "Cyborg Arm" build episode and combine it with the 'Space Suit" episode.

Indy Mogul has done so much good for the wanna beez and successfulls that it realy warms my heart to hear some one crying because they can not afford a build. First this tells me he or she was at least considering making something cool. Second as for school finish it. Third mow a lawn, wash some cars pan handle for pete's sake there are plenty of ways for a student to raise the funds to build an empire. If your serious about it that is. Welcome to real life suck it up work hard do the best you can and above all else never forget to have fun while building stuff or making your movies. P.S. Negative thinking will cost you more than you'll gain in this life.

What bunch of whiners! First of all, the $$ for each build is if you don't have anything at all laying around. Second, if you want to build it bad enough, I bet you could work some odd jobs or possibly find local businesses that throw these materials out or would donate scraps/leftovers. This site is about being creative and using your noodle, not sitting on it. SHEESH. Site is awesome - Erik, please - how about the fat suit/exploding deity from Big Trouble in Little China!

Although, I must complain about something. They say "Super Timelapse!" but it isn't a timelapse anymore. Its just a bunch of videos showing the completed steps. At least have that part be called something other than Super Timelapse.

i hate to complain... but who in the world wants to spend 50 bucks on something they can easily make for free. And the pieces that are used... its all just sooo pointless. The reason Indy Mogul was good in the first place was because you guys showed us how to make things that were necessary to film, now all that is shown is the latest gun or makeup from the blockbusters that come out at that time. The Snorricam was great, the Voldemore makeup... not so much. And why the Tommy Gun that costs 40 bucks to make!!! you can buy one from the 99cent store for 99cents! if this is a discount show, you really arent showing us anything but how to make expensive props. Show us film necessities, not film luxuries. Go back to 4 minute film schools on fridays, and extra builds.... Who the hell cares about film reviews!!!! Comeon Indy Mogul, the site is going down hill...
