Ok, so i'm a bit lost when it comes to the carving... since the fibreglass is ont the inside, what am i carving on the outside? the resin and cardstock? O.o wouldnt the resin be too thin or does it not matter that you carve thru the cardstock? yeh totally confused here..^^; AND on 405th.com i found some of the blue prints, but have no idea what scale they are already at, nor can i find the whole suir of armor! only the head and chest >.> i'm a small girl about the size of erica... what scale did she use? any direct links to her size full suit of armor blueprint?! Your help would be awesomely appreciated! ^_^

I actually fervently argued against halo armor, but I can't say its not sick to see something like that for only 0. The principals are useful for other builds too and it exposes viewers to a lot of great resources for related builds.
