Ray gun number two would be even better if you used the rotary tool to make holes in it for say a few small christmas lights or LEDs, both of which would be power by a nine volt battery that would fit into the housing.

I kinda liked the old, brassy look before they were painted. numbuh 2 could've had a grip, that would have improved the appearance. and, the bulkiness of number 2 looked cool.

Gosh, I really liked both! Ray gun number one had more of a 1930's "Flash Gordon" feel to it while ray gun number two was more "Star Wars". I'm not sure which one I like more. I guess it just depends what kind of movie you want it for. By the way, I mentioned in the BFX episode if you can make the "phaser" weapon you used on the wheel of prosperity.

Number one is better. It's more 1950'2 buck rogers and the paint job and transparent parts makes it look more futuristic compared with the dull paint job of No. 2 u should have kept the gold plate on it instead of painting over it.

Hey that was awesome, i loved the editing. I think the 1st gun was a bit cooler but they were both awesome, I have one quick question (if it has been answered elsewhere will you please tell me where), do you know of any good way of creating muzzle flashes without having to pay for a program (at all)? the only program I have found is wax 2.0, but its not very good. do u know any more free editing programs?
