Hey! We actually just finished filming a scene in my movie where the talent was found on the ground after being shot by a rail gun. A few of the other talents try and pick him up but only his torso lifts up and as it does it seperates from the waist down.

Sweet job. Kinda creepy, but nicely done. The directors seemed to have a good idea of what they were doing in that test film. (On a side note, I biked to school this morning and went through a Paramount shoot on the sidewalk to get here. I thought that was pretty cool to see in downtown Vancouver). Also, wtf's up with the first few comments? That's really the extent of their input on the episode?
i think it is because it will be always there for people to remember you so by being first they will see you first.......i wanna do that to tell you the truth

Erik has bloodstains on his hands, I would recomend* not having your actor apply blood to the prop without getting the stains out before shooting

The guy was reading BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS! I LOVE THAT BOOK! That effect was sweet, but the stump looked too flat. I'd of added fake intestines or something.

hey can u show us how to build a suit of armour like out of plasic or something? kind of like iron man's. my little bro's birthday is coming up and he asked me to make him a video of him in and iron man-like suit, then trick it out with my editing software. please!!
There are only three CSI series. The original also known as CSI Las Vegas. CSI Miami, and CSI New York.
Cool effect but why didn't you reference Black Hawk Down? I don't know of any other films that utilize this effect. Unless you count zombie films. Hey there's a new challenge achieve the same effect but for a crawling half dismembered zombie.

these are cool and all but I'm not into gore and the majority of your how-to videos are regarding a bloody matter. Can you show more like the light kit and dolly. How about a cool camera crane?

Hey !! Now you're complete. Explanation: I work in theater, and ,there is already a long time, for the final scene of a play I proposed to the troup to rip out my heart, to this I created an effect which is a mix between your stunt dummy, the "how to rip a heart" built, and this built. That amused me a lot when I saw the two other builts (and it's also what made me subscribe ^^), I though "Oh!! We have common ideas!!"
And thanks for the demon's wings, it helped me a lot!!

I have a really cool way to enhance this effect. If you were to take your blood-shooter build from the bullet shot build and were to put it through the waist stump and have someone off camera slowly blowing in the tube. It will give the appearence of continual flow of blood. You can diguise the tube as an artery.
That's awesome. I'm just starting out doing all this. I really appreciate all the helpful (and free!) advice there is on the site.
oops you left the red dye on your hands. Maybe have a friend do the fake blood while you act in it.

i think this show is great i don't care much about making moves but i do make haunted houses during halloween.
